Debarker CBI 6300

Material is fed into the flail chamber by pivoting top feed roll assembly with position sensing cylinders to ensure a controlled feed. Top Feed Roll is driven by a Poclain High.

• Torque Wheel Motor and a chain infeed conveyor 48" wide x 2,1m long;
• hydraulically folds for transport;
• sides fold hydraulically.

Two Flail Design consisting of one 40" swing diameter top flail drum x 48" wide (1.21 m) with 6-link chains and one 40" swing diameter (1m) bottom flail drum with 6-link chains for optimum contact with the wood to insure maximum debarking action.

Top flail positions are determined by the top feed roll cylinder positioning sensors and flail rpm's are automatically adjusted based on log diameters. Flail drums are driven by Rexroth motors direct coupled to flail shafts designed for 0-700 rpm's.
